This workshop focuses on the interplay between frame drum and footwork/bells. We’ll explore the difference between binary and ternary subdivision – not just in theory, but in how it feels in the body. Step by step, we’ll develop a grounded sense for both rhythmic “worlds” and practice moving smoothly between them.

The workshop is for anyone curious about expanding coordination, building more independence between hands and feet, and discovering new rhythmic possibilities.
