Course Content:

In this course, you will learn the basic playing technique on
the South Indian tambourine kanjira.
With the help of the syllable tower, you can easily play two to eight-syllable phrases on the kanjira. These phrases form the basic vocabulary for classical and modern kanjira grooves and rhythmic compositions from Carnatic music.

Level: beginner/ basic = No previous knowledge of the kanjira is necessary, but the workshop is suitable for refreshing your basic knowledge.no prior knowledge necessary
