Course Content:

The starting point for this course is the textbook TALADIDDLE, which Claudio published together with master drummer Claus Hessler.
The workshop will take a close look at South Indian rhythmic patterns such as “Korvai” and “Arudi” from TALADIDDLE.

The syllable groups will first be spoken and analyzed
and then transferred to the frame drum together.

Level: beginner/ basic = No previous knowledge of the kanjira is necessary, but the workshop is suitable for refreshing your basic knowledge.no prior knowledge necessary
