Denys Vasyliev comes from the Ukrainian city of Zaporizhzhya and is a guest at Tamburi Mundi for the second time this year. He is a drum maker, musician, music therapist and has set up a museum for traditional instruments in his home town.

In this workshop, he would like to build drums with you on the first day of the course, design them and then play them on the second day. After all, what good is the best drum if it is not used? You will learn simple rhythms and songs that you can accompany yourself with your own drum!
