One the one hand Stefan Noelle is a percussionist and drummer in the field of jazz and world music, on the other hand he is a songwriter with a great love for the German language. He combined both in his program "Drum Poetry" at the Tamburi Mundi festival in 2017; in the meantime, new songs have emerged. Stefan’s subtle stories are contrasted with songs from the Italien tradition, being played by the percussionist and multi-instrumentalist Francesco Magarò. Poetry and melancholy thus meet, sometimes also humor - and the magic of an almost forgotten old lullaby.

Stefan Noelle - vocals, frame drum, guitar
Francesco Magarò – frame drum, vocals, piano

The Munich folk band around the sisters Johanna and Judith Krins as well as the guitarist Michael Löwe is united in its style by the hopeful melancholy of Irishfolk, the thoughtfulness of the singer-songwriter genre and the energy from rock and world music. The hidden and subconscious, tangled paths in life and the search for permanence are the group’s musical subjects, which constantly seeks to expand its stylistic horizons. Dark romantic, mysterious, modern.
