The course is aimed at participants with good basic knowledge. We will focus on the skin hand and the possibilities of producing different sounds and rhythms with the help of the skin hand. Of course, the stick hand technique will not be neglected either. We will work on different rhythms which are also, but not only, used in Irish-Celtic music. We will also look at song accompaniment and learn how the bodhrán can be used as a substitute for a drum set. |
