Application

As of the 01/05/2010 one can enrol by Email (see below) or by telephone 0049 (0)177-4606545.

After enrolment, one receives a confirmation of enrolment with the necessary payment-information. There is the possibility to pay via bank transfer or by Paypal (paypal@tamburimundi.com).
The enrolment and ticket booking is only effective if the course fee is received into our festival account. After receiving the course fee an effective enrolment confirmation takes place.
The course tickets are then handed out for the booked courses at the festival check in.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS  

Course-selection  
The choice of course/teacher stated in the application is fixed. A course-change is only possible with available places and after personal consultation with the festival-management before the deadline  info@tamburimundi.de oder +49 (0)177-4606545.

Participation  
The active participation is assumed with the application. It is not possible to participate passively, (no free audience).  

Concessions  
- 10% for members of the Tamburi Mundi Association
- 20% discount for Percussion-Creativ members only with written proof (copy of certificates by mail or post: info@tamburimundi.de or Ingrid Kloos, Klarastr. 71. D-79106 Freiburg).  
- 10% for students, disabled, unemployed - recipients only with written proof (copy of certificates by mail or post: info@tamburimundi.de or Ingrid Kloos, Klarastr. 71. D-79106 Freiburg).    

Withdrawal Settlement
Only written cancellations per mail will be accepted  info@tamburimundi.de
The following regulations apply:  
Until 07/07/2010 cancellation is free of charge, a handling fee of 25.-€ will be charged after this date.   
As of the 21/07/2010  50% of the enrolled course-fee will be charged.   
After the 28/07/2010 withdrawal is no longer possible and 100% of the course-fees will be retained. The postal stamp is decisive in each case.  

Programme alterations  
The festival-management reserves the right for alterations. No legal rights exist upon the booked courses.  

Application  
The application takes effect after the festival fees have been recieved on the Tamburi - Mundi account. An authoratitive confirmation of application takes place after reception of the course-fee.
